GB/T7759.1-2015 New Standard for Rubber Compression Deformers

GB/T7759-1996 "Determination of Compression Deformation of Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber at Room Temperature, High Temperature, and Low Temperature" was abolished on October 1, 2015. The new standard was divided into two parts and implemented on October 1, 2015 and June 1, 2015, respectively.

GB/T7759-1996 "Determination of Compression Deformation of Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber at Room Temperature, High Temperature, and Low Temperature" has been decomposed into two parts: GB/T7759.1-2015 "Determination of Compression Deformation of Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Part 1: Under Room Temperature and High Temperature Conditions" and GB/T7759.2-2014 "Determination of Compression Deformation of Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Part 2: Under Low Temperature Conditions".

Calculation formula for compression deformation rate: Compression deformation rate=(pre compression thickness - post compression thickness)/(pre compression thickness - spacer thickness) × 100 (%)
The relevant experimental equipment required to complete this experiment:
1. Rubber specific thickness gauge: Accurate to 0.01mm is required.
2. Oven/aging chamber.
Note: The samples used in this experiment are standard thickness samples. If the user's test sample is a non-standard sample, corresponding adjustments can be made according to the requirements of GB 7759 standard (such as the thickness of the spacer ring) as an internal evaluation standard for the enterprise
